Rates are really competitive and the app is easy to add or make changes to your policy. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Good but surprises renewals.

Never had bad experience but there are two problems that have to be highlighted: 1. When renewal period the price for the next period is abnormally increased and I have to find another insurance that provides better prices. When I am about to leave Admiral magically can make better price. 2. A car hit my car while stationary in my driveway. I got all details from third party. I did the claim in admiral to deal with the other company. All in a suddent I had to fill so many docs and clause for another company that will manage the claim for admiral. In this kind of situations I expect my company to face this as I don't want to be reading thousands of docs to sign with another company to fix this problem. At the end I decided to leave the repair to the insurance of the third party as they were way more easy and did very good job. Even thinking to get covered by that company next time. On Tempe pricier side, but good customer service

Compared to some other companies admiral is a bit more expensive, but you get a lot of cover included and the customer service has been great when I had issues buying a policy on the website Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy online account

I have an online account I'm not very keen on on line accounts has I'm not very computer savvy. But I have made a few changes on line myself very easily system to navigate I wish they was all like this. . Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy, simple, helpful

Had a balckbox supplied by admiral which was received quickly. Easy to set up and the weekly review was helpful seeing my driving. Once they didn't require me to have a black box anymore I sent it back and within 3 days they received it back Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great customer service

Brilliant customer service. Always spoke. To people that are proactive and positive. Never a silly question asked and always feel as if the representatives are actively trying to resolve queries . Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Best multi-cover insurance available

Never had any problem with Admiral. I’ve never liked calling insurance providers, but with Admirals customer service i’m always happy to talk to them, they always try to find customer-oriented solution, hopefully i’ll stay with them forever. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
