Received insurance renewal, rang to see if they could give a better quote after a chat they came up with much better offer. I also think insurers should give you renewal quotes earlier so you can shop around they must know before 21days what they are going to charge you. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Great customer service, and documents are well laid out

Multi policy documents are well laid out and easy to understand. Customer services are easy to access, a real person is available to speak to and they are always very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t recommend anything to anyone, that’s the only reason I’ve scored ‘0’ for that. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
