Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great company

Admiral is Admirable!

Admiral is a fantastic car insurance company, happy to keep me as a customer at renewal. Always super pleasant on the phone or live chats, accommodated me selling my car and transferring insurance and my number plate for minimal costs using the app. Great for all the family with multi car too! Admiral is very helpful and professional

I have been with admiral for more than 5 years and once I was so grateful that a lady tried claiming fraud from my side and thankfully admiral investigated that the other part was after fraud and they have given me my 3 years no claim bonus. I am still so grateful and all my family is insured under admiral also referring it to my cousins . I am also claiming £60 referral fee from each vehicle insured.
