Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

They treat me great

Good value and easy to use

Initially I went to a comparison site who 2 years ago placed me with Admiral. We have a multi car policy and use the app to manage the policies. Recently we changed cars which involved amending private plates. Moving plates using the app was instant and cot just over £5 on each occasion. The change of car was done using the app at the garage where I was buying the car. Then came renewal, no one else got near on price, even several comparison sites. So now in our 2nd year with Admiral we are happy, based on pricing and ease of use. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
