Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Just incredibly helpful

We had a home insurance problem earlier this year. Because we already had our car insurance with them, Admiral offered us a home insurance deal which was just so much better than other insurers were prepared to. Loyalty is a two way thing!! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Best house insurance

I halved the cost of my house insurance by simply moving to Admiral. I received a more comprehensive policy which covered every thing I required cover for. The whole purchase procedure was easy and quick on line. I asked for a second copy of my policy recently as I misplaced the original and I received it the following day. Great customer service.
