Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Helpful, friendly and efficient

Good customer service, always get through to someone quickly.

Most helpful company I have ever usef

I wanted just car insurance but after talking to a lovely lady on the phone, she was not at all pushy, I discovered I could insure both cars in the house for less than my previous insurance company wanted for just mine. Simply Done Home Insurance

Although I’ve never had a claim, they were most helpful in advising me for the best options and products most suitable to my requirements. Comprehensive, vslue

Having insured my home with Admiral for a number of years I have found that the company provides z comprehensive product at a reasonable cost. I always research via comparison sites & the internet but to get the same cover it's a case of add one. This takes the prices to another level. Admiral has always offered the level of cover I need without loads of extra price rise by add ons to achieve the right cover, that's why I keep buying y insurance cover from Admiral Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
