Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Information has always been plain and simple. I’ve never had no hassle and with clear emails informing me of my insurance documents / details and both website / emails are easy to navigate. House insurance
