Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Making claim

In 30 year's I've never had to make a claim. Making any sort of claim has always been on my 'never' list due to the consequences of the insurance premium rising. Well my hands were tied when a large section of roof blew off. I'd never would have expected such an expedited pace on communication and visits to me in progressing a claim. The repair cost a couple of K and done within couple of weeks. When my renewal arrived it did cost more but I called Admiral and stated that I don't intend to shop around for a cheaper quote due to the excellent and prompt service they provided with my claim. The gentleman reviewed my policy and surprisingly stated that after reviewing the policy became cheaper than before my claim, well happy and again an excellent service. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
