Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent accessible online portal and fair pricing

I generally would shop around when insurance renewals are due. This year my premium was less than last year and when compared with comparison website was within a few£ of the cheapest deal when drilled down into the detail to ensure like for like cover. Refreshing not to have to move insurers to get a fair deal - usually insurers offer new business customers betters deals rather than rewarding existing customers. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Incredibly professional, and inclusive service

I have experienced a really good value for money, high quality service from Admiral so far. As a disabled customer ( partially sighted with a TBI), I can say with full confidence, that Admiral has taken all my needs into consideration. Excellence
