Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Low cost, high quality

Admiral is a good company to deal with, whether you are looking for home or car insurance (and we have both with them). They offer clear terms and an excellent competitive price. It’s easy to get through to a real human being on the phone and all the staff have a “can-do” attitude. We have stayed with Admiral and will be renewing the insurance again this summer. Accessible and helpful
