Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Easy to contact

I have been with Admiral for a few years and have stuck with them for two reasons: 1) they are easy to contact by telephone (even during lockdown) and 2) their premiums are quite competitive. In an age of ever increasing competition, good customer service often makes the difference between surviving as a company and closure. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The Website work well

Good product and great perks

House insurance easy to arrange and very econokmical additional bonus is the admiral rewards program which has some great reward cashbacks against future policy buys. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
