A little is sometimes a loto...

I accidentally damaged a hearing aid, which for me was catastrophic. It was tiny and a daily miracle, enabling me to continue to work. The young lady from Admiral was terrific, making sure I got a replacement as quickly as possible without any fuss. The whole process was smooth and calm., j.ust what I needed.
