Best customer service in the insurance/loan business

Like a lot of young drivers Admiral offered me the best deal when I started. That was 10 years ago now when I got my first car, Lucy, and I've been with Admiral ever since. The primary reason why I am not only happy to stay with them, but recommend them to anyone in the market, is their fantastic customer service. Whenever I need to call them up, not only do they answer my question, but you can tell that they are honestly doing their best to try and help me in any way they can. They are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. The waiting times can be long, but thankfully not ridiculous, and the service I receive after the wait makes up for it. I have since gone on to get my house insurance through them, and a personal loan. Both have been great value, making me a very satisfied and loyal customer.
