Best possible option, short of a lottery win.

I needed a loan to consolidate several credit card debts and Admiral beat everyone else for competitive rates. They were fast, efficient, friendly and helpful and I cut my monthly payments by over £500! Job done! Reviewed on: 26th May 2019

Best customer service in the insurance/loan business

Like a lot of young drivers Admiral offered me the best deal when I started. That was 10 years ago now when I got my first car, Lucy, and I've been with Admiral ever since. The primary reason why I am not only happy to stay with them, but recommend them to anyone in the market, is their fantastic customer service. Whenever I need to call them up, not only do they answer my question, but you can tell that they are honestly doing their best to try and help me in any way they can. They are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. The waiting times can be long, but thankfully not ridiculous, and the service I receive after the wait makes up for it. I have since gone on to get my house insurance through them, and a personal loan. Both have been great value, making me a very satisfied and loyal customer. Stress free & simple

Applying for the loan was straight forward, streamlined and simple. At a time when we had to find a ‘new to us’ car, with no clue about cars, this was ideal! Would highly recommend both for great value loan and great customer service. The on going support, with text alerts, and easy to navigate website & great customer service, make you feel supported.
