Reasonable, reliable, over all great customer service!

I am currently an admiral customer and as my first experience applying for and being granted a personal loan, it was a straight forward process and not forgetting there amazingly reasonable interest rate!. Whenever I have contacted the customer service department for general enquiries it has always been a friendly professional and courteous experience and I would definitely recommend admiral to friends and family! Easy and quick services

I applied for a loan and the decision I was expecting was made under one minute. The whole process was very straight forward and and the application form was very easy to filled in. I even applied from my phone. The offer was open for 14 days allowing me to make a final decision. The money was transferred in 3 working days directly into my account. No fuss! Great service. Admiral staff members are trained well

If a payment is missed due to lack of funds or if your circumstances change and you are no longer able to meet the monthly repayments, don’t worry! it seems to me that all Admiral staff are specifically trained to understand and work with each client closely and help as much as possible to find a fair solution. My recent experiences with Admiral have only increased my confidence in them and I would most certainly turn to them before any other provider.
