The provident of car finance

Designed for those who nobody else will lend money too with extensive interest rates and excessive charges. No customer service and failure to provide data on request. Stay away!! Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

Shambles

they passed me for finance on sunday signed the forms on monday tell me over the phone on tuesday its declined yet come in from my work on tuesday night to a letter from them saying i was passed waste of time they just tell you lies Reviewed on: 27th June 2023

awful company

do not use this shambles of a company. been with them for a while now and when I call there very arrogant and rude. I had a call yesterday as my account was in arrears due to the direct debit been cancelled on there side. I went through everything with the lady and she told me it was on there side, I set a new direct debit up and everything was fine. Don't Do It!

These guys are cowboys, just look at the APR and charges. Note: if you are off work sick and can't pay, they will not defer payment and just take the car off you. I managed to pay in the end. But if you try to reduce payments, their rude staff won't even listen. You will be harassed via email, texts and phone calls. Oh and of course the default notice. Stay away !!!

The signed contract is re-interpreted as they want so the client will never have the upper hand ! In the contract states everyone has 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason but over the phone they say, it about paying the total amount of the car. It’s just not making any sense… They are liars and taking advantage of anyone !!! Stay away !!! Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

You started very well and when i wanted to pay the settlement bill in full with my savings in the rep of Ireland AIB bank which i once used to make a payment for my car was treated like a thug and told the card was not excepted because it was declined by one member of staff for some reason no one knows wish i could get understanding on why ? i am not in anyway a thug and got my life savings in that account. Worse company I've ever had to deal with

Purchased a Toyota prius back in 2020 turns out this bag of shite has been in a accident previously and they work along side 247 finance company and a vehicle inspection company call scotia vehicle inspection stay clear from all of these clowns it's cost me nearly 5k ontop of this price of 6k for a piece of shite that's only worth 2500.
