Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Adopted a dog from Macedonia and starting showing signs of discomfort. She was diagnosed with Tic bite and Agria dealt with the claim. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Since Podders developed a cataract and detached retina from out of the blue Agria have consistently given a premium service without delays or hesitations. We will remain with Agria for the life of any pet we own now or in the future. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

forget the free month it is a sham/scam

Absolute mislead on the one month’s free insurance, i took it out and then renewed but tried to make a claim and told I didn’t have any cover for the (free!) month, really ! switching to petplan as soon as the current cover is up, bought it because a rescue I have a dog adopted from recommended it because they receive a charitable bonus - never again. Perfect service caring and warm to our Broxi

Agria have been epic from start to finish, they made our insurance for our dog Broxi unique and catered to her circumstances and that to Broxi and to our family has been perfect and truly shows there dedication to all pets and they really do care!! The eyes have it!

Our little Wylie was only three when she needed her cataract operation. Such a young age for such an ordeal. It wasn't fair after all the love this little Chihuahua had given us. And we feared the worst looking at the potential £6500 it would cost us if we didn't have the insurance. We applied for the costs hesitantly worried they would be too much to ask. But Agria were wonderful through the whole process. We now have our little companion back with full vision again. Thank you Agria for helping us save the sight of our little Wylie! Very friendly service

Lucky enough I havent had to make a claim and hopefully I won't have to but setting up the policy was easy and the person who I set it up with was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend Agria to someone else. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Superb, no quibble insurer

Fantastic telephone helpline staff. Always friendly and helpful.

We have unfortunately had to claim on our insurance for our anxious puppy. This has involved behavioural consultations, medication and veterinary procedures. I have contacted Agria on several occasions with questions and their help team have been invariably friendly and helpful in answering queries and advising me on how to make claim procedures as easy as possible. I have always received prompt emails acknowledging receipt of my claims and subsequent payments. Monthly payments are also very reasonable. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
