Premium increase. Reason not satisfactory.

Premium increase. The agent I spoke to said that spain has come on to the list of destinations where it is more likely that holiday makers make a claim. Surely if i haven't from the previous years this is irrelevant to me? Also you offer a 20% returning customer discount but also offering a 20% new customer discount. First time we have been insured with AllClear Tavel insurance and first time we have had needed to make any insurance claim. We needed to cancel our trip, due to my wife having had emergency surgery.
