Tbh the price was excellent and booking it easy , but my experience with staff trying to sort out what to do after our Cruise started badly with a hospital trip and trying to claim ( which still isn't resolved ) has been very poor. In allclear's defence the claims handlers have changed which for them can only be good news !.Would I use the again...depends on price and claim being resolved. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Good experience

AllClear provided me with a travel insurance quote when no other major providers were willing to offer one, likely due to my past health issues. It’s not the cheapest, but I believe it’s definitely worth having, especially if you have ongoing medical conditions. It really does give you peace of mind. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Issues getting medical help at the weekend

Getting medical support abroad at the weekend was difficult and there were issues, but underwriter called to discuss as soon as I was home. My claim was approved but at the 10 day window asked for more info I had already provided, felt like a delaying tactic. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
