Thankfully I have never needed to use this insurance in a claim . I was given advice about a knee replacement last year that was apparently wrong this year . Other than that very good. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. Phoned me back when she said after checking if she could better the quotation initially given, which she did. It was still higher than I hoped for but still cheaper than other quotes I’d had from other insurers. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
