Online forms

Both myself and my wife have been diagnosed with Cancer and have received treatment, online forms are just black and white with the questions asked for example “cured or terminal” there are cases where individuals are neither, after calling Allclear customer service, the advise and empathy from the agent was second to none with the help and advice given we went ahead with the policy which met our needs.
