I have underlying health problems but I am well otherwise. All Clear was recommended to me by the British Insurers because I was not able to get a travel insurance from most providers. Reassurance, kind agents, good value - I recommend!

The agents on the telephone are very thorough and very 'human!' We have even had some laughs. It is necessary to share very personal medical information, however I have always felt it to be relevant and confidential. All questions are answered, and even checked with a colleague for full reassurance sometimes. It can be scary thinking of travel whilst living with a chronic condition, however All Clear has always made this process much easier and I have felt reassured that in the worst case scenario I would be taken care of. Excellent customer service.

Good customer service by speaking to somebody rather than computer inputting. Also good value for money with peace of mind when on holiday. My claim a couple of years ago was paid promptly without any extra queries. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024
