Annual car insurance

This is the second year I have been with Flow and I am quite happy with the service. One thing I don’t like is the fact that you can’t contact them on the phone. When I had a problem I phoned LV and they said they didn’t even have a phone number f or them which I thought was a bit strange. The reason I wanted to speak to them was that I had been charged twice for my insurance. Anyway they realised their mistake and refunded me . Otherwise no other problems. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023
