For car insurance Flow is great.

Insuring my car with Flow was an easy experience and it was easy to negotiate their web site. As it is all done through their website only, the price was reflected as more reasonable than some of the other insurers. This is the second year I have been with Flow and I am quite happy with the service. One thing I don’t like is the fact that you can’t contact them on the phone. When I had a problem I phoned LV and they said they didn’t even have a phone number f or them which I thought was a bit strange. The reason I wanted to speak to them was that I had been charged twice for my insurance. Anyway they realised their mistake and refunded me . Otherwise no other problems. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023
