Allianz - Best Insurance Company Ever!

I had a few issues with previous insurance companies where information was incorrect or insurance policy wasnt set up correctly but Allianz helped me from start to finish with excellent customer service skills and were always on hand to update any details as and when. Brilliant and very competitive offer for my car insurance

I have recently decided to see if my usual car insurer (Allianz) can still beat any other quotes and I was pleasantly surprised they did! Brilliant customer service, indeed very competitive quote and low price, no wonder I have decided to stay with them and renewed my quote accordingly. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Good customer service

I moved to a different car insurance company after comparing prices, Allianz mistakenly charged me for the renewal, I called them for a refund, they gave me back my money right away and explained that they did not want me with no insurance while driving. Excellent customer services when needing to alter car insurance cover.

I have held car insurance with Allianz for 3 years now. When I recently moved house I needed to update my policy and was told that my premium would increase because of the change in postcode. I queried this as I remained in the same village and the customer adviser was brilliant. He argued my point for me with the underwriters and I was able to keep my existing premium. Nice and Easy

We had a minor accident in sainsburys car park, sadly although it was only a gentle tap the other car crumpled so there was no choice but to claim. One quick phone call and everything was sorted no issues no judgement. Allianz are one of the more generous companies when it comes to how many no claims years you lose so we didnt end up too badly off. Would recomend them to anyoneespecially as the beat all but one quote for the second year of insurance, and that was only by a fiver so we stayed with them. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Allianz were a real help after having a car accident and we're easy to talk to.

After having an accident it was very easy to contact Allianz. They gave me advice outside the scope of what was required of them and they didn't try to get out of paying. The made the whole experience as stress free as possible and settled the claim quickly. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
