Great Insurance Provider

Going with the Flow!

For my first electric vehicle I wanted one of the cheapest insurances along with the best service. Flow wasn't quite the cheapest, but signing up online was so easy I couldn't resist. My documents are easily available and I haven't had any problems at all. When a vehicle undertook me and scraped the paintwork I was really upset but Flow offered me an excellent repair service with a replacement car while the work was done. Unfortunately, they couldn't trace the numberplate, so the driver got away scot free, but I have protected no claims, so I could sleep easy. The car came back the same day and the repair was flawless. It was my second ever incident, and the first in 40 years. It's really annoying when your car is damaged through no fault of your own but if it had to happen I'm glad I was with Flow. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022
