Really enjoyed working with Allica

Really enjoyed working with Allica but i do feel communication does need to be improved on cases as you have to call to get an update and every time i did call no one was available to talk and never had a phone call back unless i chased the BDM. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I am an introducer to Allica but also a customer! I have had a few savings accounts with them and found the account opening process simple. I also liked how the funds were transferred automatically at the end of the fixed savings term to the nominated account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
