1st class customer service

I had insurance for holiday in April 2020 but Covid arrived. I had to speak to Alpha Insurance about what was happening and fir future trips their customer service lady that I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable. They also offered me a discount on a future trip too. I think this is the 2nd time I have used Alpha and would not use anyone else. Reviewed on: 26th July 2020
