Avoid this company or at least read the T&C carefully

After years of paying for insurance I had a life threatening illness that meant my family and me had to cancel a holiday. Alpha Travel did not come through for me and we lost the money spent. Read the T& C carefully. The CS department uses a VOIP line that makes it very difficult to understand. All in all a stressful and unpleasant experience. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
