Stress free holidays.

It's always stressful when you need medical assistance, but even more so when you're in a foreign country. My wife fractured her wrist in Antigua and we paid for the treatment out of our own pockets. Maybe it's not the correct way to do it, but her health was paramount and money was something we said that we would sort out later. When we returned to the UK, I contacted Alpha and to cut a long story short, they reimbursed me in about 3 weeks. I highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
