Best offers in terms of rewards

My main bank for everyday spending: groceries, restaurants, shopping, online, etc. It is very nice to have an opportunity to earn so much cashback with Amex Plat comparing to all other offerings in the market. Been with Amex only for 3.5 months but have already earned more than 160 quid in cashback by utilising 3 months intro (5% cashback). Currently I am getting 0.75% with an opportunity to go to 1.25% by end of the year after 10k annual spend. On top of that had one successful chargeback (double charged by the business, got money back within several minutes after contacting bank's customer support). Almost every place takes their cards nowadays and I barely use visa or master for any of everyday transactions. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Costumer for a long time - no loyalty incentive

I've been with them for a very long time and there have been no incentives to stay. The cashback was great in the first year, but since then nothing special. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

Nice perks and no problems

I've had a Platinum Cashback Credit Card for about 15 years and always pay it off every month. It's nice to get a small amount of cashback every year, although for the first few years I didn't because I hadn't spent enough on it. I've also got money off a couple of purchases in the Shop Small events. I've never had any problems and never had to contact customer services. The only drawback is that it isn't accepted everywhere.
