Honestly since coming over to anna ive never had a problem, The issue with wirecard which wasnt there fault they dealt with professionally and made sure i was confident i will be able to access my account again, 11 pound a month with the no hassle of transfers and incoming payments makes this bank spot on. Ive had the chance to change to a more known bank but i will be staying with Anna. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

I’ve opened my very first business account with Anna after it being recommended by many people - it was fast and efficient, the customer service is very good, they respond very quickly. I recently opened a business account up with ANNA and being an absolute novice to the business world and how things work the staff at ANNA have helped amazingly throughout the process made me feel confident in what I was doing and moving forward with my business. The app is brilliant, easy to use and prompt you if there is any issue and what to do to rectify any issue. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too and any questions are answer instantaneously. Would recommend to anyone Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Superb App and Customer Service.

Easy to set up and use. App only but the best feature is the fast customer service. Have been very impressed. Much, much easier than the equivalent apps from the high street banks. Was also impressed with a fiddly request I made, not really expecting anything to come of it. It was immediately accepted and actioned shortly after. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Horrendous

After setting up a new Ltd I was offered an account with Anna. I opened it, all nice and straightforward. Monies credited. Only after funds were going into my account did the inquisitions start. I have forwarded as much as I have, I do not have all the info they require and have told them this, some of it is not relevant and this things are inherent with only this bank and not required by others which suggests that its an internal policy to require these specific things. They have now frozen my account and it remains frozen with my business funds in it and no access to be able to use or make business decisions. I am being treated like a criminal although I believe that this country people were innocent until proven guilty and of course I am guilty of nothing. They can not articulate what they suspect I am doing which would jeopardise mine or anyone elses financial security. And the reason for this is that no reason exists, I am just not able to provide what they need and now having experienced the diabolical care from them over there faceless soulless app I do not want to bank with them any further. I have asked them to close the account and return the funds if they have any concrete reason why I am doing anything unlawful, but they will not. I have asked for them to call me as I am not getting replies by the chat as they have nothing more to say. The fact is that my business funds are now being held hostage for as long as they feel they want to take. This has huge repercussion but they do not seem to care, hiding continually behind flimsy excuses for why they can not do anything. It seems that it is acceptable if they can not perform certain things but the fact I can not supply these bits of information means they can abuse their power. They are ignoring all requests. I was not advised what information I would need to provide when I set up the account and only found out retrospectively. Ultimately the money they are holding is mine so I am suggesting they either make and allegation or close the account as at the moment I am being punished for nothing Reviewed on: 12th November 2023

They keep charging me monthly fees after i stopped my subscription and deleted the account

Customer service keep replying "the team is looking into this". No action being taken. The only way out of this is either small claims court or changing my account number. This is not a company you should trust with your bank details. Reviewed on: 28th June 2023
