They are a complete scam!

They are a complete scam! When I used the app to deposit money into my account and decided to delete the deposit it was canceled but never went back to my bank account and there is no support on the app! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

I’m very disappointed with AstroPay.

I’m very disappointed with AstroPay. My payment got stuck in the app, and I've tried contacting support multiple times with no success. It’s frustrating to have money stuck with no way to retrieve it. My user ID is 7YLwQZ14, and this issue has been ongoing despite repeated emails. AstroPay really needs to address these types of problems faster and offer better customer support. I can’t recommend this app until they resolve my issue and improve their responsiveness. Astropay is totally Fraud app

Totally fraud app.....6 days back withdrawn my funds from astropay account to my bank account...but not received those funds till now...contacted astropay via email they said transfer has been done nd if u not received do email ur bank statement...I emailed my bank statement after that nobody is replying any single word on my emails.....totally fake app and I suggest others to stay away from astropay ..here is no option of any attachments otherwise I attached all those email conversations to make it crystal clear....I emailed to [email protected] ...from there Also not receiving any reply Reviewed on: 9th November 2023

SCAM!!!! DO NOT INSTALL APP!!

Only method for money withdrawal is unable!!!! They hold my money without any option to withdraw it and without any previous announcement!!! Such a scam!!!!!! I went to chat and they don’t want to help me. This app is a fraud! Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

Delayed Oaynents

Of late they don't complete a payment request without unneccessary delays. You get debited but the recipient does not receive payment until you push and in the process miss what you're paying for. Very disatusfied with them right now . Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
