I have been a customer of Atom bank for several years now and find them very easy to deal with. The App is very easy to use and navigate to get product information and for setting up accounts etc. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Atom has caring staff with excellent service skills

I first encountered Atom when my husband died i received excellent customer service from the team helping with the transfer. Since then I have held the account in my name and it has proven to be very successful. The app is easy to use and I am kept updated on any news. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

mExtremely Happy Atom Bank customer for over 8 years.

Online banking is easy to navigate, easy to set up account, clear information given and great interest rates. Also I was very pleasantly surprised when call to customer service as my call was answered promptly and the advisor was extremely knowledgeable and answered my query immediately. Atom Bank - First class.
