Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Had issues setting up face recognition after being ill, as the phone no longer recognised me or my voice which had changed so phoned up customer service and the gentleman was really patient and helped me set this up, it took quite a while but we got there in the end.
