Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Customer service excellence!

Regarding customer service, I had a concern when I first opened my account and ended up ringing them, there support was absolutely superb, the advisor even showed me step by step how to resolve my issue online, fantastic response, really put my mind at rest, Atom really is hassle free banking! Intuitive easy to use app with excellent interest
