Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Find the sign in proc dire a bit clunky compared to some banks ie photo id. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Top banking app

The app is very easy to use (I’m 75 yrs old), always let you now when any work is being done on the app. Any money transfers are immediate,and savings rates compare to over sites. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I used to have a savings account with my bank
