Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I have had only the instant saver account for a few months and haven't needed help from customer service yet so I can't provide much feedback. The app was easy to use and the interest rate is favourable (for now) Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
