Great mobile banking experience

Really easy to use and well designed mobile app makes banking with Atom a breeze. Friendly messaging and email notifications makes sure I am kept up to date with any updates. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Easy App and good customer service

I was initially a bit apprehensive when I first heard about Atom Bank (perhaps because I never heard of them before), but since we have a mortgage and a savings account with them, I’ve come to love it. I find the app really user-friendly and the transactions are instant. Every time we've had to contact the customer service, they’ve been incredibly friendly and personable and human - something you don’t come across very often these days. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
