Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Good & quick customer support.

Good & quick customer support. After initial teething problems App usually works well & use as was first app only bank. Continues to offer competitive interest rates. Clear & concise future interest payment info. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Atom Fixed Term Savings Account

I started using Atom Bank for saving a few years ago purely because their rates were so good and when that term ended, I had no hesitation in setting up a new one. The process of opening the account was straightforward and I have had no problems in accessing my account. Their customer service is good, whilst they keep me notified of any changes to terms and conditions etc, I don't get bombarded with emails which is great. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Great rates and rewards on instant savings accounts.

I switched to Atom to take advantage of their great interest rates on instant savings accounts after my bank of over 10 years dropped their rates again. The set up and transfer process was both easy and felt incredibly secure. This is an ideal account for anyone who wants their savings to work for them and you are rewarded with a higher rate when your money is untouched. Even the lower rate after withdrawal was much higher than my previous banks so switching was a no brainer! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Easy App and good customer service

I was initially a bit apprehensive when I first heard about Atom Bank (perhaps because I never heard of them before), but since we have a mortgage and a savings account with them, I’ve come to love it. I find the app really user-friendly and the transactions are instant.
