Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great rates, even better customer service.

I had initially made a mistake opening my account and customer service had to help me change it. They were very helpful and listened and came up with the solution straight away.
