A problem very well handled

I have experience with many banks both in branch and online. With Atom Bank I had quite a few problems login in to my account. This was becoming very frustrating and could have put me off the bank altogether, however Atom sorted this very quickly and also gave me a small amount of compensation for the disruption. This was totally unexpected but very welcome. I have never had any other issues in logging in. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
