Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom is a great bank.

Atom is a great bank. Everyone so helpful and friendly. So easy to apply on line give plenty of options and help so you can decide what options best suit you. Plenty of advice given. Best thing I ever did was to join the bank Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Atom stepped up for me

Being new(ish) to the UK and having no credit (as owe no monies to anyone), I struggled to get a credit score. Atom have allowed me to get a card for which I am most grateful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

A great online banking experience.

I had honestly never heard of Atom Bank but thought I’d give them a try a couple of years ago with opening an ISA. It was so easy!! They keep you fully updated with any changes and the app is so easy to use! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Great bank with excellent customer service
