Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Customer service department is brilliant once last year we could not access my accounts via voice passcode so we had ring few times to customer service they were very patient with us and they explained few different ideas to get round and eventually it worked. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
