Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Competitive interest rates, Great App.

Attracted to Atom Bank because of very competitive interest rates on savings. Account was easy to open online and the App is great and straightforward to use. I like that when you open the app it immediately shows you balance, interest rate and account number details without having to hunt around.
