Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

In all the time i have been with atom bank i have received up to date information about accounts, a good time of notice for maturity and good interest rates. The only time i could not get online , i called them and after security checks( very good) i was back online. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
