Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

A first class on line bank

I’ve had an account with Atom for some years and they have always offered an absolutely first class service, they are by far the best on line bank in the UK Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

As good as some and better than most

Easy to deal with and not too many hoops to jump through to add or withdraw funds. Competitive interest rates for a good mix of savings options. Never really contacted customer services, it all works pretty well so never needed to. Don't often see Atom on comparison sites. I wonder why. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
