Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom Bank App

It is mostly online via an app but the app is easy to use. I haven’t dealt with any customer service representatives. App is intuitive and easy to use, it gives details on how much interest the accounts have accumulated. Security wise it seems ok - I haven’t dealt face recognition set up. The best experience!!!
