Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom Bank Best Online Bank to Use

Atom Bank has been an excellent online retail bank to use since the past two years. They have the best interest rates in my opinion and is easy to set up an account with them without needing to go through lengthly process to open an account. Their customer service is quick and helpful when I need to ask a question. I definitely recommend for anyone opening a new savings account either for an instant or fixed saving account. It was easy to open the accounts.
