Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I have found Atom Bank to be most efficient.

I have found Atom Bank to be most efficient and has performed exactly as good as I expected in all departments. I have no concerns with security and I am able to view my balance very conveniently, without wasting time inserting a series of passcodes, numbers and various codes. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Excellent service

I like Atom because the app is easy to use and all transactions are confirmed immediately. I am kept informed of any changes that occur. The interest rates have gone down, but that's the case with all banks. I feel that Atom deserves my loyalty. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Best banking move I ever made ..

I have never used an online bank before, so I was a bit worried how it would all work out, but I really need not have as it's great and I've have found the service really first class and easy to use.
