Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great app, easy access but also greedy

Great app and easy access to my money. The biggest problem I have had is that Atom have reduced its interest rate by more than the reduction implemented by the Bank of England - on more than one occasion. This is nothing less than sheer greed. What a pity as Atom is otherwise very good. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great service and a great App.

I’ve had a couple of interactions with the support teams, one via chat in the App and one via a phone call ; both were excellent, all questions were answered completely and with minimum delay. The App is very easy to use and all money movements have been immediate. The savings interest rate might not be the best available, but it’s pretty close !
