Great service

Great service, always helpful when needed, good interest rates, what’s not to like Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great service and a great App.

I’ve had a couple of interactions with the support teams, one via chat in the App and one via a phone call ; both were excellent, all questions were answered completely and with minimum delay. The App is very easy to use and all money movements have been immediate. The savings interest rate might not be the best available, but it’s pretty close ! Clear, simple savings advice....

Clear, understandable savings advice with a calculator showing outcomes and how much you will receive in interest on a monthly basis, if required. Been with them for over seven years. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great App, but rates could be better

A great easy to use App with instant transactions between accounts. Initial interest rates were near market leading but now noticing a drop off in comparison to others. A shame. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
